IWI US offers a factory service to configure the TS12 for the opposite hand.
The standard retail configuration ejects right. Left ejection requires the factory conversion; do not treat an unconverted TS12 as a left-hand gun.

Spent shells exit below the receiver instead of across the shooter's face through a side port.
Keep in mind: Bottom ejection does not make every control or stock ambidextrous. Confirm the safety orientation and stock fit on the exact configuration.
